Vegetable Omelet Breakfast Recipes

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 150 grams of sausage cut round
  • 100 grams of carrots roughly chopped
  • 200 grams coarse chopped spinach
  • 1 onion cut in the rough
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 400 cc of liquid milk without sugar
  • 3 tablespoons margarine

How to Make a Healthy Vegetable Omelet
